Private & Small Group Instruction

 

I'd be happy to instruct you in a private session. I can instruct you one-on-one or your small group of two to six people. This is perfect for people who would rather take their first couple classes with explicit directions for their body or for those who would like to "workshop" a specific pose or sequence in a more one-on-one setting. 

 

Having a party or event? A yoga class is a great way to celebrate upcoming nuptials, a birthday, anniversary, or girls night out. Does your book club want to read a yoga book and then have your own class? I can do that! 

 

I'm also available to teach workshops and retreats. If you know the theme or topic you'd like me to address, great! If not, I've got a lot of good ideas up my sleeve. Contact me and we can brainstorm.

 

Rates for Private and Small Group Instruction vary depending on group size, location, and frequency. Generally, private instruction rates are $65/hour.
